We’ll explore ways to calm your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and realign with your inner peace. With mindful techniques and guided reflection, you’ll learn to ground your energy, gain clarity on what you truly desire, and begin manifesting change with more ease and confidence.
You’ll float away feeling rested, lighter, and deeply nourished — with practical tools you can weave into your everyday busy life, new connections, and a calm, happy energy that stays with you long after the workshop ends.
21 Day Meditation Challenge
Foundations of Holistic Health
This 21-day guided practice is designed to assist you in building a daily habit of mindfulness which allows you to quieten the mind and reconnect with your intuition and body’s wisdom. Carving time out of your day to intentionally slow down, reconnect, and build a daily ritual of self-connection through meditation and journaling.
Each day introduces a different foundation of holistic wellbeing and includes reading, guided meditation, and journaling. Exploring core concepts such as mindset, intuition, healing, self-love, habits, embodiment, and conscious awareness. The practice is designed to take approximately 15–30 minutes per day, making it both accessible and sustainable.
This practice can be taken on its own or as a continuation of my mini retreats. If you’ve attended a retreat, it will help you integrate and embody the work in your everyday life. If you’re new, it’s a beautiful place to begin!
